Users refers to anybody that has successfully registered an account on the PZwiki. Users have the ability to do the following:

Edit pages
Move pages, files and categories
Create discussion pages
Uploading new files (as well as overwriting existing files)
Create new pages
Send emails to other users

Once a user account reaches more than 4 days old and has made at least 10 edits will automatically be added to the autoconfirmed users group.
