Peanut Butter Sandwiches are a perishable food items that goes bad as time passes, when outside of a refrigerator. Peanut Butter Sandwiches used to be made by putting Peanut Butter and slices of bread together, but with the advent of the new cooking system, they can no longer be crafted in its original form. However the sandwiches can still spawn in the gameworld, for instance in the Bakery in Muldraugh.

Premade Peanut Butter Sandwiches take two in-game days to go stale, and four in-game days to rot.
