The picture of Kate is a rare collectible item depicting a healthy Kate Smith. It can rarely be found as a foraging drop, or as a guaranteed drop from killing a zombified Bob Smith in their house in Muldraugh.

Trivia

• In older builds of Project Zomboid, you received the Picture of Kate after smothering her by using the pillow on her during the tutorial. It had no use other than to give you something to remember her by, and to add more weight to your inventory. Upon receiving the Picture of Kate, the music changed into a much more depressing music.
