Build numbering
Added the bug fixes for build 21, but I am not 100% sure whether that is the correct build number for all branches; On Steam the 19th build and hotfix are listed as the 20th build and hotfix.

Divided with Upcoming Features
I divided this page, I added the Planned features page, as it was kind of disorganized.
EXPERIMENTAL COMBAT BUILD Placement
Should the EXPERIMENTAL COMBAT BUILD section actually be above 0.2.0q? As it is more recent. -- User:Tlu
- I was torn over it so put it out there to wait for the first comment(congratulations!) I wanted to avoid creating another page but also wanted to get the information out there without there being any question that at the moment 0.2.0q is the latest developers version of the game. - The more I look at the placement, the more I dislike it. But to be frank, it isn't technically a version, is it? It's more of like the developers just testing out what they want combat to be like. The rest of the game is broken (in that build). You mentioned that you don't want to make a new page, but I don't think this belongs on this page. At least not in the middle of the official releases.
