  • 20x20 map cell covering entire map cells and surrounds
  • Balanced and expanded comat and zombie systems to make it easy to dispatch one zombie but 3-4 at once deadly
  • Streaming world. No load screens once in-game.
  • New UI system/inventory/front-end
  • In game login and resolution options
  • In game chat (optional)
  • Multi-map support
  • Multi-world save functionality (still save on quit)
  • New NPC metagame. NPCs survive in event driven world persistence system.
  • Many new NPC story scenes related to the metagame that provide story in sandbox moments.

  • New NPC interactions, send NPCs to loot and earn their keep.
  • New item distribution. Higher population areas have more loot but also...
  • New zombie system manages hordes across the map, that initially focuses on heavily populated centeres.
  • Reintroduced fire and rain
  • Weather and temperature. Survive the winter with fire and warm clothes, or risk sun-stroke in the summers.
  • Farm foods! If you think you can survive long enough to harvest (uses new seasons system)
