I noticed on your user page you said you're no good with programming, so I wanted to let you know about the very basic editing for beginners guide, in case you're interested in learning that little bit more.
If you notice any missing pages, do feel free to add them, the wiki is a little outdated when it comes to new items and mechanics. Someone is always able to come along and fix any mistakes you might make, so don't be afraid of "doing something wrong". The info is always the important part, rather than the page layout.
Also, thanks for the list of pages missing the colourful background, I'll be adding them over the next couple of days.

Food articles
I've put together an infobox which will eventually be added to all the food articles, you can see it here. While I'm adding it to each page, I was thinking of changing the layout as well. Since the infobox will include the nutrition information, I was thinking I'll completely remove that section, except for the little box that has stale, rotten, etc. The layout will likely be something like this:
- Short introduction sentence
- Table of contents
- Usage
- Rotting, burning, etc.
- Trapping, fishing, etc.
- Crafting
- Obtaining
- What it makes
- Evolved recipes
- Distribution
- Fishing, trapping, etc.
- Trivia
- Gallery
- Code
- See also
I'm also considering completely removing the consumables category, because it's a bit weird that some items like medical items that don't get consumed are in that category. Literature was in there too, but I've taken them out now.
So let me know what you think about all that.
About moving the recipe articles to Recipe ingredients, I'm for that. If you find any that you think should be merged with it, just add the Merge notice at the top. That way they'll all be categorised into the articles to be merged category, so we can merge them later.
