Civilian Radio
Civilian Radio is a hidden radio station. It contains commentary from civilians both within and outside of the Exclusion Zone. Supposedly, the frequency is randomized, though in game files appears as 91.2 MHz.

- Both entries with yellow text fall under a ScriptEntry tag with a name of kanibals, potentially hinting at their true intentions...
- The kanibals entry begins on day 0, which implies the infection already hit Nashville and broke loose past the Knox containment center to neighboring Tennessee. This is most likely an oversight by the Indie Stone developers.
