Updating the clothing boilerplate

Hello! I think this boilerplate should be updated. Distribution is used as a header in plenty of pages, and in the item boilerplate, but in this boilerplate the header is Item Distribution. Distribution is also used in the style guide. I think it should be changed to Distribution here to avoid mismatch in new pages created by people using the boilerplate.

Additionally, the capitalization of Body location does not match what is found in many articles. The use of Body Location potentially goes against the naming conventions, so I don't know which is the best one to stick to. I prefer Body Location, personally, because it refers to an enumeration.

It also may be helpful to somehow make the notice about including the increment version number more obvious. One would think the ALL CAPS message in the comment at the very top would be enough, but I've found a few articles which were supposedly last updated for version "41.0". Maybe a notice at the top of the boilerplate page would do the trick.

Hey! A tad late response, but I recently found this message without reply and I just realized I did the changes for the issues mentioned already along the way anyway, so should be all addressed by now. Replying here for clarity though:
  • Distribution instead Item Distribution is correct (changed for boilerplate, going to change it elsewhere in pages).
  • I kept it Body location as you noticed, we follow the sentence case, though it is Body Location in infoboxes, at least for now.
  • I also realized that some pages were labeled as simply 41.0, though seems it pretty much changed for good since then, so I guess it's no longer a big issue. :)
