Rain collector barrels are used to collect rainwater.
When it is raining, they will convert the rain into drinkable water.
They are an alternative to the well in gathering water after the water works shuts down.
They don not require any skills in Carpentry to build and function perfectly from lv0; this is liable to change in the future.
