It is located on the southern main road heading out of Rosewood opposite the Fossoil filling station and bus station.
This is an ideal location for a large base due to the following:
- Pre-existing tall fence surrounding the complex - cannot be destroyed by zombies
- Low zombie population
- Large grass/dirt area for farming potential
- Opposite filling station
- Large lake nearby - on the western-side of the filling station
- Various good condition vehicles
- Plenty of foraging potential
- Next to a large forest
- Powered and plumbed
