I saw a video on the photos in the game and their happens to be a file named “Hank Raider”, I don’t know if this for sure but Hank might be the actual name for Bobby.

We don't know for certain at this point. But yes, Hank may potentially be the replacement of Bobby. We shall have to see, probably build 43 at the earliest. Here's the item: Picture of Hank
