ARRA Pitch is a unique VHS advertising and providing some insight about the Russian ARRA corporation.

Overview

The player can reduce boredom by -5 for each line of dialog when in the vicinity of a television playing the VHS.

The VHS can be used with an appropriate television to play the business pitch from ARRA, an investment advisor company operating in Russian Federation, and is specifically targeting the American investors. The business model of the company seems to be agressively taking advantage of the fall of communism, by emphasizing their tight connections with the newly formed Russian government and their capitalist greed, thus instilling trust into the hearts of Americans whom are willing to participate in this fresh Russian stock market.

Effective chance calculations are based off of default loot settings and median zombie density. The higher the density of zombies in an area, the higher the effective chance of an item spawning. Chance is also influenced by the lucky and unlucky traits.
