Carzone E3, titled Carzone Episode 3: Windows, is a VHS teaching how to replace car windows.
Overview
Carzone E3 is a VHS regularly found in retail, and VHS stores such as Hit Vids!.
The player can reduce boredom by -5 for each line of dialog when in the vicinity of a television playing the VHS.
The tape includes Jimmy and Fred, teaching the viewers how to maintain their car with a twist of humour. This time the subject is windows. The specific instructions given by Jimmy can be performed exactly as is in-game aswell.

Welcome to the Carzone! I'm Jimmy...
Fred:
...and I'm his brother Fred. Today we're talkin' windows.
Jimmy:
Let's start with the basics. Those clear things that let you see out...
Fred:
Those are windows? I'm learning somethin' new every day!
Jimmy:
Over time, your car's windows might need to be replaced.
Frost and heat, loose stones from the road, accidents... lots of things can go wrong.
Fred:
Just put duct tape over the holes!
Jimmy:
No Fred. Then you can't see out!
Now, car windows can be a little tricky. Side windows are easier.
But will a little more skill, you can do the windscreens.
Get your screwdriver and carefully take it away from the frame.
Now, for a replacement, make sure it's the right size.
Standard, heavy duty, and sports vehicles all have different sized windows.
When you're sure your window's the right size, just pop it back in.
Fred:
Wow! I fixed it all by myself!
Jimmy:
Fred, you replaced all the windows with pieces of wood. You can't see out!
Fred:
Aw dang...
