Exposure Survival E8, titled Exposure Survival Episode 8: Water Collection, is a VHS providing useful survival tips for the survivor.
Overview
Exposure Survival E8 is a VHS regularly found in retail, and VHS stores such as Hit Vids!.
The player can reduce boredom by -5 for each line of dialog when in the vicinity of a television playing the VHS.
The tape includes Dean, an experienced survivalist teaching how to accomplish certain tasks in nature and survive. The instructions given in the tape can be performed identically in the game. In this episode he is teaching the survivor how to create a rain collecter barrel and store water with it. This Exposure Survival episode can also be watched on Life and Living channel on July 16 at 6pm.

Everyone gets thirsty, right? I know I do.
If you're a way away from a river though, and there's no tap?
What are you going to do when the sky stops providing?
I'm talking rain guys.
Storing rain, or 'water', is vital to survival.
So build a Rain Collector Barrel to collect water.
Take four wooden planks, four nails and...
Whack 'em with your hammer.
Then use rubbish bags, or 'garbage' bags, for the interior.
Then: look at the sky.
When it rains just watch that thing fill.
You'll think: 'Wow. I'm not going to die."
"And that is awesome!"

Effective chance calculations are based off of default 'apocalypse' loot settings, with no luck modifier, and average zombie density. The higher the density of zombies in an area, the higher the effective chance of an item spawning. Chance is also influenced by the lucky and unlucky traits. Duplicate entries do exist, but have been removed for clarity.
