Home VHS: Hair Dyeing at Home

General

Overview

The player can reduce boredom by -5 for each line of dialog when in the vicinity of a television playing the VHS.

The VHS can be used with an appropriate television to play the monologue of Amy. She is a hairdresser, in her barber saloon she is recording a tape about how to dye hair at home for women. As it turns out, many intricate tools has to be used to get a nice, beautiful hair. She also mentions the easy tricks to maintain the hair as is and healthy, and doesn't forget to promote her special home dye kit.

Oh, hey there. Welcome to my salon. I'm Amy.

Did you know almost three fourths of American women dye their hair at least once a year?

Home dye kits are a booming business, but if it's your first time...

...or your previous attempts haven't gone well...

...I'm here to offer you some helpful advice.

Choose a dye shade close to your natural hair.

Dramatic changes should still be done at a salon!

Buy more dye than you need. You don't want to run out halfway though.

Begin by dyeing a few strands that won't normally show.

This is the best way to make sure you have the right color.

Lip balm around your hairline and on your ears...

...will stop your skin getting dyed too - not a good look!

Wear disposable gloves, and only dye dry hair.

Put the dye into a bowl and apply with a brush, beginning at the roots...

Use a second mirror to ensure even coverage.

Makeup wipes will remove any dye that gets on your skin.

If you want highlights, use a toothbrush or mascara brush.

With your dyeing done, put on a shower cap to prevent dripping.

Then, your job is to maintain your hair.

Use a color-friendly shampoo, don't wash your...

...hair with water, and don't let sunlight onto your hair.

The higher the density of zombies in an area, the higher the effective chance of an item spawning. Chance is also influenced by the lucky and unlucky traits. Duplicate entries do exist, but have been removed for clarity.
