Illumination

Flashlight	When equipped in the 1st or 2nd item slot, the flashlight will create a beam of light in the character's facing direction. Uses Batteries.

Camping

Item	Description
Campfire Materials	A handy little portable kit that will create a Campfire when placed. The campfire will need to be lit. Once it is lit, the Campfire will provide warmth and can be used to cook food. However, the bright lights of the flames are just what attracts zombies.
Kindling	Used to make fires. Constructed by using a Screwdriver on a Plank to produce a Knotted Board, and then using a Saw on another Plank to make a Sturdy Stick. Combine the new items to get Kindling. Use the kindling on a campfire placed on the ground to light it.
Tent Kit	A small, one-man tent kit that is made from sheets, sturdy sticks and tent pegs. Can be used to build a Tent Kit. The tent is a portable shelter - but beware, it offers no defense whatsoever.
Tent Peg	A small cylindrical piece of metal that is meant to keep a tent up. Four of them can be used when crafting a Tent Kit.
Sturdy Stick	A wooden stick, two of them can be used to make a Tent Kit.
Tent Kit	A small, one-man tent. The tent is a portable shelter and can be used to sleep in but it offers no defence whatsoever.

Medical Items

Bandage	Can be used to treat Injuries including Scratches, Bites and Bleeding. Can also be used to craft Molotov Cocktails. Can be made by ripping sheets or found in NPCs/zombies, and some containers, or by ripping clothing.
Bandage	Can be used to treat Injuries including Scratches, Bites and Bleeding. Different than the bandages ripped up from sheets. Found in medical buildings.
Adhesive Bandages	A medical bandaid that can be used to treat Bleeding.
Painkillers	Used to treat Pain.
Beta Blockers	When consumed, Beta Blockers will prevent Panic attacks.
Antidepressants	Makes character less Unhappy over time as of 2.9.9.17 Build 19
Vitamins	Vitamins help reduce fatigue.
Sleeping Tablets	When consumed, Sleeping Tablets will induce Drowsiness. Can be used to force the character to sleep, to force him back to an optimal sleeping schedule.
Tissue	Mutes coughs and sneezes when the character has caught a Has a cold. Must be equipped in an Item Slot to work. (Note : Currently useless in v2.0q, as Rain does not function. Has now been re-added to function)
Cigarettes	Highly addictive and dangerous for your lungs. However, it does a good job in relieving Stress, but causes unhappiness.
Belt	The belt can be used as a tourniquet on yourself or Kate Smith in the Story mode to stop bleeding wounds. Found in living room wardrobes and desks.

Unique

Picture of Kate	Magically placed into the inventory once Kate Smith is murdered with the Pillow. A last reminder of Bob Smith's wife, Kate Smith.
Pillow	Can only be used to murder Kate Smith to skip the tutorial. Used by many unaware players who hope to make Kate feel more comfortable.
Pool Ball	A regular pool ball. Suspected to be mixable with Socks. Can be found in bars.
Radio	Currently cannot be picked up. Will broadcast a short propaganda message only in Story Mode.
Spiffo (item)	A plush version of Spiffo, the community raccoon. Spawns randomly. Many players keep this item for good luck.

Molotov Cocktail	NOTE: As of Version 2.9 the Molotov Cocktail is not craftable. Often dubbed as a poor man's grenade, this weapon does no direct damage but will set anyone hit by it on fire. It is capable of easily killing enemies by the dozens. Somewhat risky, use it only if you have a way to avoid the flames.
