The Nailed Plank is a player constructed weapon using a wooden plank (either acquired by sawing a log or removing a barricaded window plank) and hammering in 5 nails to increase its damage output.

The Nailed Plank has a very slow swing rate but compensates with a longer range than many of the weapons (0.5 longer than the Baseball Bat for example), and is a weapon that can be made again when it breaks by finding another plank. The Nailed Plank is better than some weapon alternatives for damage output, but its durability is similar to the kitchen knife, in which it only has about 20 'attacks' before it breaks, and is therefore quite fragile in comparison to more sturdy built weapons.

The Nailed Plank despite its flaws, is a multi-attack weapon, and can attack 2 zombies at once and has a good chance of knocking zombies to the floor where they can be finished off. It also can cause 5 door damage per swing, but no tree damage.
