There is an unnamed pawn shop in Southern Louisville. It is located next to the Deep Fried Heaven.
Interior
The interior of the pawn shop consists of the main store area, a storage room and a bathroom. The main loot in the shop varies drastically, but is generally plentifull on clothes, weapons, tools, firearms, jewelry, tent kits and bags. The pawn shop is also a great place to find some very rare and scarce items, like machete, Ghillie Suit, Sledgehammer, Axe, HottieZ, katana and others. There is also a household on the second floor with some additional loot.
Safehouse potential
Like all buildings in Louisville, the high density of zombies and low availability of water means the player's chances of survival are lower than in other areas. Using this location as a safe house should be seen as a challenge, as living in Louisville is not recommended for new players.
