Squid is a perishable food item used in cooking.

Usage

Consumable properties

Squid can be eaten raw without sickening the player, but cannot be cooked by itself. Consuming squid will provide the player with some positive effects, however these will become negative the longer it's left to perish.

Unusually, and unlike other seafood, the squid cannot be cooked as-is and must be added as a raw ingredient to other dishes.

What it can make

Squid can be cut into squid calamari using various knives.

Effective chance calculations are based off of default 'apocalypse' loot settings, with no luck modifier, and average zombie density. The higher the density of zombies in an area, the higher the effective chance of an item spawning. Chance is also influenced by the lucky and unlucky traits. Duplicate entries do exist, but have been removed for clarity.
