There is a strip mall containing several unnamed stores in Riverside's business district. Since 4 out of the 5 stores are very similar to another store in the strip mall, they have been grouped together in one article.

The businesses that compose the strip mall, listed from left to right when viewed from the Gallery image, are as follows:

Furniture store

This is the only unique store in the strip mall. The interior is composed of the storefront, which has several chairs and sofas on display. There is also a small office in the back. The furniture can be either dismantled for carpentry experience, or taken to decorate your base.

Offices

The interior of this unit is composed of the lobby, which has a water cooler, and offices, which can spawn cigarettes for smokers.

Toy store

The interior of this unit is composed of multiple shelves containing toys. The only significant loot here is the Spiffo toy, and the planks, nails, and scrap wood gained from dismantling the shelves.

Offices

This unit is very similar to the previous office unit, except for the fact that there are no solid walls, only cubicle style half walls, and that the unit is more open. There is no water cooler in this unit.

Toy store

This unit is very similar to the previous toy store unit. There is nothing of value here.
