The summer fair is a large, fenced off area with various stalls and tents, and a large corn maze.
Location
Located in the southern Louisville outskirts, before the burnt town.
Loot
There isn't that much valuable loot in the area. Various groceries can be found within multiple grocery stalls, other food items can be found in the fast food stalls. There are loads of wooden furniture, which can be dismantled for carpentry experience and materials.
Safehouse potential
Since the area has almost no zeds and almost entirely fenced off, it can be a pretty good temporary safehouse. However, since there are no natural water sources nearby, it can become challenging to live after the water shutoff.
