Added to articles with outdated or low quality images, implying that a better or up-to-date image should be uploaded.

Adds articles to the "Image improvement needed" category.

Usage

Parameters

1: The reason for the request.
section: If set to true, will display "section" instead of "article" in the title.
hidecat: If set to true, it will not add the page to the "Image improvement needed" category.
