General John McGrew page

Why is there no page on General John McGrew? I feel like he's an essential character.

General John McGrew is actually one of the wanted pages - as in it is linked to multiple times but the page has not yet been created. Not much is known about the character, aside from his 3 statements, so I guess there's not a high priority to create the page. Anyone is welcome to make pages, so feel free to do so! Also, you can use four tildes ~~~~ to leave a timestamped signature!
