This feature has been removed from the game.
It has been replaced by Containers.
The Wheelie Bin was a moveable storage container that could be dragged around as a "packing mule", without encumbering the player in any way.
Since the 2.9 release, wheelie bins were no longer movable.

- 1 at the northwestern-most house.
- 1 behind the hardware store
Villas
- 1 in each villas, 6 in total
Downtown District
- In the Coffee-shop is a backroom full of wheelie bins.
