Loot
The main attraction of the parlor is the ice cream that was freshly made before the Knox Event wiped out civilization. Keep in mind, however, that it will immediately begin to spoil as the game starts. Due to this, it might be a good idea to raid the nearest parlor of frozen goodness before the power goes out, as after that, the ice cream will be nothing but compost material.
The cones that spawn without any ice cream in them are non-perishable.
The seating areas often also have some furniture that can be dismantled for carpentry experience.
