Project Zomboid has an official Discord server with many uses. The official link for the discord server is linked on the sidebar and is:

There is a specific channel for editing the PZwiki that many editors use to discuss ideas and potential changes for the wiki. Response times are much faster and more reliable on discord than in discussion pages.
The Project Zomboid wiki channel can be found at #pzwiki_editing and is the preferred way of communication for most editors.
