Shorten the sidebar

After adding languages section, the sidebar seems too long to find the link users want. As the sidebar cannot be collapsed in all available skins, it's better to shorten the sidebar to only keep the most important links. Below is my recommendation:

Reason

1. community projects, wiki tasks and wiki rules can all be found in community portal and I assume they are seldom used in common pages.
2. style guide can be found in help pages.
3. I don't know the function of random pages, I personally don't want to keep it.
4. discord, reddit ... and twitch can all be found in main page and I assume they are seldom used in common pages.
