ST 4 is a unique VHS providing some lore.
Usage
The VHS can be used with an appropriate television to play the dialog of a recording of a woman telling other managers how to take care of their employees.
The player can reduce boredom by -5 for each line of dialog when in the vicinity of a television playing the VHS.
Description
This tape seems to be one of a television broadcast about a meteor shower over Varginha, Brazil. That adds some evidence to the Knox Event being caused by meteors.

Was this event simply mass hysteria...
...or were unknown entities testing a new weapon in Brazilian airspace?
