Tiles vs. Furniture

Hey guys! Is there a difference between Tiles and Furniture...? These Tiles pages have a wonderful amount of information about how the world-items can be interacted with. Should the Tiles title page have some more explanation of how Tiles are different from Furniture? Should we consider merging Tiles with Furniture or vice-versa? Thanks!

P.S.: Could/should someone add an explanation in the Tiles page intro paragraph about why it's called Tiles and not 3D models, furniture, world items, etc...? Thank you!
