/ru translation

Just so you know, we have some issues with our cache on this server. Once it's sorted itself out then a link to the russian translation should hopefully appear in the language bar at the top of the main page. Also, if you could include the

{{languages}}

template at the top of each page you translate (it needs to go on the english version as well as the /ru version) that would be super!
