Template:User freshling

Template Documentation

This userbox displays that the user is new to the wiki and therefore may not yet be familiar with certain aspects of the wiki, such as the style guide. This is so other users can recognize that any errors made by this user may not have been intentional and should be given an extra level of leniency whilst they learn the ropes.

If an administrator notices a new user contributing to the wiki, they may be presented with this userbox.

Anyone is free to present this on their user pages.

Will add the user to "Freshling" category.

Related {{Welcome}} template gives users a brief welcome message.

Abusing the use of this userbox may result in a warning, while continued abuse will result in a ban.

Usage

Syntax

Parameters

The date user joined the wiki.

hidecat

Usually keep it default. If not empty, then it will not add the user to "Freshling" category.

How to translate

This template doesn't need to/shouldn't be translated, but you can translate the documentation of this template with the following steps:

1. Create a subpage of this template with the language code of the language you want to translate to.
2. Copy the code wrapped in the <noinclude> tag in this template into the page you created.

   {{Translation guide}} template should be removed from the translated documentation.

3. Translate the page according to the translation requirements of normal pages.
