John is a non-intractable NPC who is rarely mentioned, but is known for his part in the Spiffo's fast-food chain.

Overview

From information given by the Secrets of Spiffo's Special Sauce Home VHS tape we find out that John and his brother Kevin Spifennmeister founded the Spiffo’s brand in Raleigh, North Carolina in 1940.
