New dark themes!
The wiki has recently changed to a dark theme by default.
Want to provide feedback or report an issue? Let us know on the discussion page or the pzwiki_editing Discord channel.
Prefer a light theme? Create an account or log in, then switch to old look.
We have also recently installed another third-party theme, Citizen, supporting both light and dark modes, make sure to check it out!
When you start a game of Project Zomboid you get to choose which profession your character worked before the zombie apocalypse.
Each profession will give different Occupation to your character which will allow them to excel in certain fields more so than other characters.
Each NPC will also have a profession.
