The Project Zomboid community is constantly suggesting features, and some of them have been confirmed by the moderators.

Near Future

Zombies

  • New Behaviour: Zombies will now spawn at the borders of the map, which will add realism, if you barricade a section of the map, they will no longer spawn inside.
  • Windows: Zombies will be able to enter through windows in the next update.

Non-Infected (Humans)

  • Team: Humans will be able to team-up, this includes player teams and non-player teams.
  • Orders: You will be able to order NPCs.
