Formosa Interactive (formerly Noiseworks) is a creative sound & music design company, providing audio design services for video games, films etc. The studio was hired in 2021 to completely overhaul Project Zomboid's sound design and soundtrack. Formosa Interactive has also provided services to other companies such as Electronic Arts, Microsoft, Sony and many others.

Trivia
- The company working on sound design was previously known as Noiseworks, until the company had been acquired in 2022 and became part of Formosa Group's Interactive division.
- Lead Writer Will Porter became friends with Byron Bullock during their time working on survival horror game, Alien: Isolation. Bullock went on to help co-found Noiseworks with David Philipp several years later.
