The tape includes a conversation between two people, we would later learn one of them is named Charity, with one introducing Charity to the myth of the Dog Goblin.
Usage
As said formerly, the VHS will provide entertainment to the player character, relieving them of some boredom and fatigue.

Charity: No.
Charity’s Friend: Well, his fingers are sliced off...
Charity’s Friend: and he has electrified claws jammed into his bloodied hands.
Charity’s Friend: And if you look into a moonlit pool...
Charity’s Friend: and you say his name four times...
Charity’s Friend: … he’ll appear behind you...
Charity’s Friend: …and hell want your life...
Charity’s Friend: …tied down to some very specific parameters.
Charity: And If I say no?
Charity’s Friend: You won't dare say no.
Charity: Dog Goblin.
Charity’s Friend: No, don't do it!
Charity: Dog Goblin Dog Goblin! Dog Goblin!
Charity’s Friend: He'll kill us all!
