This was discussed a bit on discord: [1], [2], [3]. Essentially, we seemed to agree that this is a park, not just a playground, i.e. an area of land that includes walking tracks, playgrounds, sport fields/courts. The music festival just appears to be set up here. The 3rd link as an image of the area it may include.
