Kevin is a non-intractable NPC who is rarely mentioned, but is known for his part in the Spiffo's fast-food chain.

Overview

From information given by the Secrets of Spiffo's Special Sauce Home VHS tape we find out that Kevin and his brother John Spifenmeister founded the Spiffo’s brand in Raleigh, North Carolina in 1940.

Overall the information on both brothers is lacking, but might be added with more updates
