The facility is one of Muldraugh's most iconic locations and likely served as one of the biggest employers in Knox Country. There are also various McCoy company vehicles that can be found throughout Knox Country.

Timber Yard

The timber yard is enclosed by fencing and has two main entrances and two side entrances. The yard has a large supply of logs which can be looted.

Processing Plant

The processing plant is located next to the timber yard. The plant has two main factories and two delivery depots. The two delivery depots contain a large amount of industrial tools and equipment.
