Car wrecks are undrivable husks of Vehicles found throughout Knox Country. They can be dismantled for scrap Metalworking parts, and parts can occasionally be salvaged from them. There are two versions.

Crashed

This version is physically intact, but cannot be entered. Thus, the Glove Box is inaccessible. However, the trunk can still be opened and looted for anything of value. The tires and light bulbs are salvageable, but the windows, doors, and seats cannot be accessed despite appearing in the maintenance window. In most cases, the engine's condition is at zero and thus cannot be salvaged for parts.

Burnt out

This version can be distinguished by the gray coloration and black burn marks. These wrecks have no salvageable parts or loot, and can only be dismantled using a Propane Torch.

Dismantling

Car wrecks can be dismantled using a fully fueled Propane Torch for the following materials:

Note that the amount of materials gained depends on the player's current Metalworking skill. A higher skill will yield more materials.
