There will be several 'types' of quests, which will increase as development goes on. However, the actual people, items and circumstance involved with quests will be different each time.

At the moment, there are no quests available within [[Project Zomboid]] ever since the removal of the [[Bob Smith|Baldspot]] & [[Kate Smith|Kate]] tutorial, [['Til Death Us Do Part]].


Random [[NPC]]s you bump into may be after [[Items]] from you, may have lost relatives, trade info on stashes, need medical assistance or need escorting somewhere, or anything else.

The closest thing to quests at the moment is the inclusion of [[Map (item)#Annotated maps|annotated maps]], which can be found by chance on [[zombie]] [[corpse]]s. An annotated map can contain directions to hidden stashes, similarly to a treasure map.

Maps

The closest thing to quests at the moment is the inclusion of annotated maps, which can be found by chance on zombie corpses. An annotated map can contain directions to hidden stashes, similarly to a treasure map.
