Usage
Walking over broken glass generates a crunching noise that will alert nearby zombies. Walking over broken glass without shoes on or picking it up without gloves can lead to cuts. It can be placed outside of your base to more easily hear if zombies are outside. Driving over broken glass in a vehicle will not pop the tires.
Level up First Aid
There is an unethical tip to level up the First Aid with the broken glass. To do this, it is necessary:

Thread
First Aid skill books
Painkillers (optional)
Plantain Poultice (optional)- Safe area
- Plenty of food
Previous actions
- Place the broken glass in the corner (preferible outside/yard).
- Put tweezers, niddle, thread in your inventory.
- You can repeat these actions until maximum First Aid level
Steps
- Read First Aid skill booster (depending on your current level).
- Take off your shoes and socks.
- Walk over broken glass and stay standing (It will cause deep wound with the glass shards).
- Remove glass shards with tweezer from the right feet and then from the left feet. (Each time you remove glass shards, you gain XP).
- Repeat previous action until you level up (do not worry about health bar, it will drain maximum until the half)
- Once you reach the new level, walk off from the broken glass.
- Remove glass shards and stitch a deep wound.
- Apply plantain poultice and Sterilized Bandage (to avoid Wound infection), take the painkillers.
- Eating the food boosts health recovery rates
- Sleeping greatly boosts health recovery rates
