Both him and Jackie started from within the Primary Exclusion Zone camp, as the situation in the Exclusion Zone became heated. Frank Hemingway:
"Jackie! There's been an incursion! There's hundreds of them! They're everywhere! They came from every side!"
Jackie Jaye:
"Frank! What are they? What do they look like?"

Joe

Joe, as he is named in the broadcasts on July 13th describes his events inside the Exclusion Zone. Joe reports military activity in from within the Zone. This is the first and last time we hear of Joe.

General John McGrew

Main article: General John McGrew

General McGrew is the leading officer responsible for the military stationed at the Exclusion Zone. Frank had reported on the general's actions, even getting permission to broadcast an Exclusive Statement from McGrew. McGrew might have a negative opinion on Hemingway due to his opinion on Jackie, saying them (Jackie & Frank, among other reporters) have been spreading rumors and falsehoods, causing panic during the Knox Event.

Trivia

  • Frank Hemingway can be used as an outfit or spawned as a zombie in the debug mode and can presumably be found in the game. Outfit color is randomized and body/hair/beard are not set.
  • An LBMW radio van can be found, presumably used by Jackie and Frank for their reports on LBMW - Kentucky Radio.
  • A trailer within the Louisville Camp has the LBMW logo on the front, with two radios inside the building, which we can presume that Frank and Jackie used to broadcast with on the radio.
