Four seats, modest engine power and handling, modest fuel efficiency, decently quiet sound signature, and good trunk capacity make the All-Terrain fantastic for just about any task. Some players consider it the best overall vehicle in the entire game.
All this comes at the cost of the All-Terrain being incomprehensibly rare. If you seek to pick one up, gated communities are your best bet.
Locations
The Franklin All-Terrain can be very rarely found in gated communities across Knox Country. Additionally, it can spawn on the side of the road, with a tire missing, and a tire on the ground with tools to replace it with. This is often referred to as a changing tire event.
