Location
Dixie Mobile Park is a rest area and trailer park found on Dixie Highway, between Muldraugh and West Point. While the majority of the area is just trailers, there are a few locations that can be looted. Each of the trailers has a chance to spawn as a survivor home, and there are three shipping containers in the main parking lot that contain soda, pop and logs respectively.
