Location
The clinic is connected to a Marple & Christie Legal Services, a Haircuts n' More hair & beauty salon Palm Travel and a Zippee Market convenience store. Seven apartments are located upstairs. The clinic has parking located at the rear of the building.
Interior
The clinic is composed of the lobby, three examination rooms, a storage room, and two offices. There is also a small bathroom. The examination rooms contain large amounts of medical supplies, as well as examination beds that can be used to decorate the player's base.
Like most businesses in Rosewood, there are apartments on the second floor. These apartments contain the same loot as an ordinary suburban house, and can be accessed via two staircases. These staircases can be accessed through two black doors with upper and lower glass panels, visible from the street.
