It is in the large industrial estate found in the west of the city. It is next to Maps Unlimited, and is across the street from the Fossoil Refinery.

A large variety of items can be found throughout the warehouse. Each shelving section has a different loot table. This includes items from;

Safe house potential
Like all buildings in Louisville, the high density of zombies and low availability of water means your chances of survival are lower than in other areas. Using this location as a safe house should be seen as a challenge, as living in Louisville is not recommended for new players.
This location in particular is a huge building with minimal windows, and a large fence surrounding a significant portion of the building. It has a fridge, and a microwave to use as a Heat source for cooking. It has large parking area. This would be a good base location for multiple players after clearing the area of zombies.
