Andrei & Son Hand-Crafted Wallets is a factory exclusively in Industrial Estate, Louisville. It is located next to the Al's Auto Shop and Maps Unlimited.
Interior
The factory's interior consists of two floors. The first floor has a front store, pair of storage areas, workshop, couple of offices and a pair of bathrooms. The second floor consists only from offices. There is no valuable loot to be found, apart from Leather Strips. The furniture in the building can also be dismantled for carpentry experience.
Safehouse potential
Like all buildings in Louisville, the high density of zombies and low availability of water means your chances of survival are lower than in other areas. Using this location as a safe house should be seen as a challenge, as living in Louisville is not recommended for new players.
This location in particular provides a large metal fence surrounding the majority of the area, which can be used as a second line of defense for the player. There are less zombies than other parts of the city, and it is just east of the Ohio River.
