The Havisham Hotel Suites is a hotel exclusively in downtown Louisville. It is located near the northern coast.
Interior
The interior of the hotel is split among six floors.
The first floor is focused on amenities for the now-zombified guests, and consists of the reception area, the lobby, a fully stocked bar, a dining area, which contains cooking ingredients and utensils, and three large rooms, used for various events or special proceedings.
The second floor is mainly composed of the laundry room and office spaces, and contains no significant loot.
The third, fourth, fifth, and sixth floors are primarily composed of guest rooms, and contain no significant loot.
Skill training
While there isn't much actual loot here, each motel room has a plethora of wooden furniture such as beds and wardrobes that can be dismantled for carpentry experience and scrap materials, as well as TVs and other electrical equipment that can be dismantled as well.
