It is in East Louisville, across the street from the baseball factory, Louisville Bruiser.
Loot
The majority of loot found here is bourbon in crates and boxes. Other basic office loot can also be found.
Safe house potential
Like all buildings in Louisville, the high density of zombies and low availability of water means your chances of survival are lower than in other areas. Using this location as a safe house should be seen as a challenge, as living in Louisville is not recommended for new players.
This location in particular provides reasonable safety with fences, minimal windows, and external access to a second floor. It has very close access to water from the river, and has room for an internal garage, and external parking area. It is however quite close to The Grand Ohio Mall.
